Booster Fundraisers:
Boosters raise funds that go in the Band Booster account to help with Band expenses, Booster events, purchasing items for the Band and much more.
Student Fundraisers:
Student fundraisers are fundraisers where a portion of the student's sales goes back to the student's travel account. This benefits your family's bottom line directly because the more the student sells the less out of your own pocket.

ALL ORDERS ARE PREPAID
Please keep forms neat and legible. Turn in money and orders together. Make sure you have phone numbers for YOURSELF and YOUR CUSTOMERS on the order forms. Cash is acceptable, but checks are preferred for safety reasons. Be very careful with cash.
Each student's goal is 20 orders, but please sell more if you can. This is our biggest project of the year, and the community really supports us if they know we are selling. Ask everyone you know to help us out and enjoy some great fruit for the holidays. Spring trip plans are being finalized, and every order puts $2.00 in your travel account. This really helps many students, and some even sell enough to pay for the entire trip.
Be polit and courteous when asking people to help us. Remember to turn in ALL orders by November 28. Get more forms if you need them... do NOT write orders on another sheet of paper. Good luck with your sale!
NOTE: When customer is paying, please try to get a check instead of cash. Cash tends to go missing. If you do get cash, then deposit into your own checking account and then write a check to be turned in. This way you will have a paper trail if something goes missing. Also be sure to let the customer know that it will probably be December before the check clears the bank.

Sonic Cards
We have Sonic Cards to sell. They are once use pull tab cards. They are $5 each and all proceeds go to the Band Boosters.
If you have a band student and would like to sell some of these cards, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. If you would like to buy a card, you can use the contact form as well.
Breakfast at Applebee's
Date: December 3, 2011
Time: 7:00 to 9:30 am
Menu: 2 Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, 2 Sausage Links, and a Drink (Tea, Coffee, or Soda)
Students will begin selling tickets for Breakfast at Applebee's in November. Cost of the tickets is $6.00.
Students will earn $4.00 per ticket which will go toward their band travel account if the tickets are sold prior to the breakfast and $2.00 will go to the Band Boosters. All proceeds will go to the Band Boosters for any tickets sold at the door. We have to sell a minimum of 100 tickets.
Money and/or remaining tickets needs to be turned in by November 28, 2011.
The students will be the servers. Parents will help in the kitchen.
BI-LO boostersplus
Every time you shop for groceries using your BI-LO BONUSCARD, you have a chance to support the Lancaster High School Band. The boostersplus program lets you donate 1% of every purchase you make at BI-LO to the LHS Band.
Next time you check out at BI-LO give the cashier the boostersplus card and your BI-LO BONUSCARD to scan. This one time scan will enroll you in the boostersplus program.
Give the boostersplus to others in your family so that they can link their BONUSCARDS as well.

Harris Teeter's Together in Education
Harris Teeter's Together In Education program is a fund raising program for schools (public or private- preschool through 12th grade) in our communities.
When customers purchase select Harris Teeter Brand products using their VIC card, Harris Teeter contributes a percentage of those purchase dollars to the schools of their choice.
